All items are made to order please note that all millinery is exempt from the returns and refunds policy in in the unlikely event that a return is accepted then original postage cost will be deducted. due to the nature of feathers and fabrics sometimes the feathers may fall differently i always endeavour to get the exact same formation as the original photo but sometimes it is not possible so a close match will be made.
Due to different monitors and devices resolutions some colours may look different from screen to screen please ask for a colour sample if you are not sure. -

The hatinator was well made but unfortunately didn’t look like the picture I had chosen it from Dreadfully upset I contacted the company who insisted it looked just like the picture & made no attempt to try & rectify the issue or offer a refund It was a lot of money & was to be worn at my sons wedding Very very disappointed in both the hat & the after service 🥲
